Society, Maharaji says, tells people mostly about what they do not have. He, by contrast, travels the world telling people about what they already have. The magic in existence, he says, can be found, not in what we have or do not have, but in what we can feel. That place within where we can feel, he says, is the place from which we can understand. There is only one place where the possibility exists to take on the challenge of fulfilling one's self—not on the outside, but on the inside.

Maharaji addresses members of the Italian Parliament
He was introduced by President Colombo, former President of the European Parliament and former Prime Minister of Italy. President Colombo, describing Prem Rawat’s visit as singular in nature and exceptional in purpose, said that his words provide an occasion for deep reflection, and that they deserve to be heard because they are an invitation to explore and manifest the values residing within us—treasures very often ignored or neglected.

Catch the wind - Maharaji
Maharaji speaks of an infinite mine of peace that resides within every person. This peace, he says, has been talked about throughout history. The suffering that everyone is trying to run away from, he says, has also always been talked about. What people do not want and what people do want is within them. For each person, the question is: "Will today be the day when I do that which will bring me gratitude? Shouldn't today be the day I have been waiting for all my life?" In this life, Maharaji says, it is possible to be fulfilled, to be at peace.

A Gift Unparalleled - Maharaji
Maharaji speaks of the story of every human being. As long as breath comes into a person, he says, the story is evolving. A certain part of the story is dependent on the person: real joy, happiness, contentment, looking within, and finding answers. We can, he says, feel the ultimate contentment; we can feel peace.
