“You exist. You are alive,” says Prem Rawat. “Gather your strengths, not your weaknesses. What are your strengths? Your strengths are consciousness, kindness, understanding, acknowledging, rejoicing, loving. And when you walk with these, the outcome is beautiful.”
Prem Rawat talks about the possibility of feeling peace and joy and the gratitude it brings. “Gratitude comes when there is a beautiful experience of life,” he says, “when it is not full of words, doctrines, and dogmas, but it is filled with a simple reality.”
