Prem Rawat Brings Message of Hope to Prisoners in New Delhi, India
Responding to an invitation from the superintendent of one of the jails in the Tihar Prison complex near New Delhi, Prem Rawat recently addressed an audience of 1,000 prisoners, prison officials and staff. Many prisoners had been watching videos of Prem Rawat’s adressess for almost two years. The superintendent called Prem Rawat’s message a “ray of hope to the prisoners.”

A three-day event was held at Raj Vidya Kender, a 100-acre facility near Delhi, India, where more than 70,000 people from many countries and all walks of life came to hear Prem Rawat speak about finding peace and contentment within. One attendee said, “Being here is a celebration of life like no other anywhere in the world.”

A center called “Inspira” has opened in Buenos Aires, where Argentineans can come and discover Maharaji’s message. One visitor said, “I always enjoy coming here. This is a beautiful place, ideally located in the middle of the city.”

Prem Rawat, known also as Maharaji, recently completed a brief but successful tour in rural India. Entire villages came to these events, and nearly half a million people in total were able to hear his message of peace. In a very poor area, one attendee said, “I am surprised that such a great teacher has come to our doorstep.”
