He speaks of how fortunate we are to be here and of the importance of recognizing the value of being alive and of feeling gratitude. While problems will keep coming and going, he says, the possibility exists that we do not have to be confused, that there does not have to be doubt, and that life can be experienced in its true beauty, without chaos and dram.
