Prem Rawat talks about fundamental needs. When you are hungry, he says, “you cannot just say, ‘I’m not hungry. I’m not hungry. I’m not hungry.’ You can say, ‘Oh, it’s mind over matter.’ But not for the basics, not for those things that really matter.”
