During an address to an audience of more than 6,500 people, Maharaji speaks of a peace that already lies within each person. The idea that peace is within, he says, has become alien, and the idea that the answers we look for on the outside are within has also become alien. Wherever we are in this life, he says, we carry a huge box within that is full of joy, and it is possible to get in touch with it. This joy, he says, is the joy of existence-not the joy of what is happening in existence, but the simple joy of being alive.
