In this address to an audience of more than 3,000, Maharaji speaks of the need for peace. This need, he says, is like water to the desert, wind to a sailboat, flowing to a river. Just like the moon needs the sun to shine, we need peace in our lives. Peace, he says, has nothing to do with war, and war has nothing to do with peace. It is not the absence of one thing, he says, that creates the presence of another. The possibility to be fulfilled exists, says Maharaji, and we owe it to ourselves: we must have peace in our life.
